Laundry use management system
1、 Smoking, drinking, chasing, fighting, shouting and quarreling are not allowed in the laundry.
2、 It is not allowed to take laundry supplies and appliances out of the enterprise.
3、 It is not allowed to chat privately in the enterprise to reduce work, and take people to visit privately.
4、 Do not bring personal clothes into the laundry room for washing and ironing.
5、 It is not allowed to hang personal belongings in the laundry room.
6、 It is not allowed to store sundries irrelevant to washing and ironing in the laundry room.
7、 It is not allowed that the sanitation sharing area is not cleaned in place and does not meet the standard. It shall be inspected after 14:00 every day.
8、 It is not allowed to keep the utensils in the laundry untidy and clean at all times.
9、 It is not allowed to damage the equipment and articles of the enterprise and do not follow the operating regulations.
10、 It is not allowed to clean the cloth that fails to meet the requirements specified by the enterprise. If the guest complains, the employee’s work clothes, guest bathrobes, enterprise linen, bath towels, mahjong machine curtains, etc. are not cleaned due to illegal operation or careless work, the dyed linen shall be reported to the manager in time, and the compensation shall be made according to the original price. If it is serious, a fine shall be imposed.
Water washing operation system
1、 Preparation:
1. Open the electric switch of each position, check the switches, buttons and sensitivity, and check whether the humidity, steam and air pressure are normal.
2. Stack clothes with different texture, color and washing temperature.
3. Check the laundry list and check whether the clothes are damaged or discolored.
4. Put the clothes with different washing requirements into the washing machine respectively.
5. After washing, it must be dehydrated for more than 3 times before drying or drying.
6. Shut down the door and check whether there are clothes of different textures and colors mixed in.
7. Be careful when closing the door. Do not clamp clothes on the door.
2、 Precautions:
1. The washing materials shall not be put into the machine at the same time as the dry clothes.
2. When clothes need bleaching treatment, operate according to the requirements of the product.
3. When draining, pay attention to whether small items are discharged with the water.
4. If the clothes are found to be entangled or clamped by the machine door, the machine shall be shut down immediately for treatment.
5. Employees shall not leave their posts during washing.
Ironing operation system
1、 Scalding operation:
1. Observe before ironing, and iron clothes carefully according to the requirements of customers and enterprises.
2. Reasonable positioning to improve work quality.
3. When ironing, pay attention to the material and texture of the clothes.
4. Check after scalding to ensure quality and make marks.
2、 Scalding operation method:
1. Blowing: after the machine sprays steam to the clothes to heat and stretch the fabric fibers, the cold air bag is used to blow the clothes to flatten them and set them.
2. Pressure: use the pressure of a warm clamping machine or iron to eliminate the wrinkle of fibers.
3. Wipe: use hands to smooth the clothes that cannot be pressed and ironed. Place the clothes on the clamping machine cushion surface, apply steam to wet the clothes, and gently set and smooth the clothes with both hands.
